Sheldon's Medical Expenses & Celebration of Life

Hi family, friends, and greater community. With a heavy heart, I write this; on Monday, July 18th, my step-grandfather, Sheldon Wolfe, took his final breath after fighting for months with medical complications and varying diagnoses ranging from Cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis, pneumonia, MRSA, and sepsis. Sheldon had been in extreme pain battling varying illnesses for the past several years as his health rapidly declined. He was checked into the hospital on June 10th, 2022, and remained there until his passing.

I am starting this fundraiser to support my family with raising funds to cover Sheldon's medical expenses and memorial services. This fund will be used to set up final arrangements and celebration of life. It will also go towards hospital bills and outstanding costs that Sheldon owes.

"Sheldon spent the last 27 years of his life sober and supporting Alcoholics work through the 12-steps . One of Sheldon’s last acts of selflessness was walking one of his best friends, Dan, through end-of-life care and bucket list items until Dan succumbed to cancer. An amazing man who was lost as a youth and grew up in boys homes. To the ultimate act of overcoming alcoholism, supporting others find freedom from that same state of hopelessness."

We will love and miss Sheldon forever

Sheldon is survived by his daughter Iris Hinzo, and son Sheldon Wolfe lll, both were present at the time of his passing. He will also be survived by his grandchildren. Thank you for taking the time to read.
