UPDATE 4/15/2024
Hello again friends, Thank you for your much needed help with my lot rent. I continue to struggle as I work towards fixing my truck, to allow me some freedom and independence. I currently clean a few houses in Happy Valley and in Whitefish, and I hope to pick up a few more jobs, now that it is spring.
If you are still interested in help me, I still need additional money to get my truck in working order, licensed and insured.
Thank you again for everything! Shelley
Hello, my name is Shelley Fay, I am 62 years old and live in Whitefish Montana
Over the last few years I’ve had some medical issues, COVID, lost my jobs, and have basically hit hard times. Once you get this low it is hard to recover.
I live in a rural area about 5 miles outside of Whitefish, and have not been able to secure a job without reliable transportation.
I am confident that I will be able to secure a job, as my neighbor now has agreed to drive me to town.
I own my trailer outright, and have lived in this mobile home park for 33 years.
The new owners have purchased the park, and will be upping the space rent to $650 per month in April.
They are willing to give me until March 1st to catch up my February and March’s lot rent.
They have stated that I will have a court ordered eviction, if not paid.
I am behind $900.00.
This is the first step. Next, renew my drivers license, get my vehicle running, licensed and insured!
I'm feeling better, holding my head up, and doing my best to keep a positive attitude! I’m desperate to save my house, my possessions, and get my life back. Every penny helps.
Thank you in advance for your kind help. - Shelley
