Help Shelly buy an ipad

Update: Thankyou so much to each of you who have donated. I'm so thankful.

I will send photos of the ipad, case and stand when we buy it in the next couple of days.

I'll keep this open for now as we may need help with other assisting aids for Mum. As Mum will be a falls risk for a while, she may need something to alert someone.

Any suggestions on how we go moving forward with assistive AIDS, mobility, rehab, apps. Are welcome.

I have joined a Facebook page which consists of stroke survivors. So I'm picking their healing brains lol.

Hey there, I'm Hayley Shelly's daughter.

I don't want to ask for it but we need some help buying Mum a cellular ipad. Because it will be her means of communication, it must take a SIM card. So the price goes up a bit. And we need this ipad to have lots of space for any special APPS she may be using soon.

Mum already had bad eye sight before the stroke. Since the stroke, it is much worse and she cannot see the small screen on her phone anymore. Even with glasses.

Not only this, Mums good hand is experiencing some tremors and tires quickly. Her phone slips and slides down her bed sheets, she then struggles to find it and once she does, she has to unlock her phone all over again and try and find the small apps again. It's a whole thing lol.

Mum has requested an ipad so she can see the screen a little better, and have the ipad propped up in front of her on the bed. This will probably be matched with a good case that can grip to sheets well.

We cannot wait for NDIS. Mum needs this asap. Once she's on NDIS, she may have funding for apps.

If you can help, we would be so grateful. Something small is fine. Mum knows alot of amazing people so I'm confident we'll be ok.
