Shelter for Runaway Girls in Gwinnett County

Magdalene’s Gate is a faith based non-profit agency raising funds to provide a temporary shelter for runaway female youth between the ages of 12-17 in Gwinnett County, Georgia (metro-Atlanta). Our organizations mission is to combat the rising crime of sexual exploitation among females in our community. There are no shelters for runaway youth in Gwinnett County and the nearest shelter for runaway female youth is over 300 miles away in Brunswick, GA.  Last year, the Gwinnett County Police Department received 791 calls pertaining to runaway youth.  There is a need for our shelter. Please help us raise funds to be the only safe haven for runaway girls in our county.
