Sheriff Fulton Memorial Bench

The Fulton family is organizing a fund raiser to erect a memorial bench on the Courthouse square in West Union, to honor two great Adams County Sheriffs. Louis (Louie, Big Foot) Fulton and his father, Harold (Eugene) Fulton. Both served the county for 12 years. The artist / craftsman has been selected and a rendering has been provided, with a total cost of $1400 to craft, deliver and set up. Please help this family honor our father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many in the county.
