Sherpa Family Support

The closure of the 2020 Mt. Everest season will have a lasting impact on the families of our Sherpa crew in Nepal. Though our organization is making every effort to bridge the wages gap on the staff's biggest earning potential for the entire year, we have joined the virtual Everest coverage fundraiser in order to provide direct aid to the families of all our cooks, trekking guides, support staff, and climbing Sherpas. 

We completely recognize that each and every person is impacted financially by the current world-wide situation and understand that each individual and family must at this time consider their own financial security. We ask only for any donation that is comfortable for people who are interested in helping the Sherpa community. 

All proceeds will be donated directly to the families on the ground in Nepal to help bridge the gap for this year and sustain basic needs such as school costs for their children, basic needs for the year, and offset loss of wages.
