Sherry Tuck Medical Help

Since May, Sherry has been in the hospital 6 times with multiple diagnoses of ulcerative colitis, GI bleed, atrial fibrillation, bleeding ulcer, the watchman procedure, severe lower back pain, UTI and now a blood clot removal procedure. She lives alone and works for the affordable care act but has not been able to work much due to her hospitalizations/health issues.
