Shift Change NNU (CNA NNOC) Slate 2023 Campaign

Who are we?

Shift change is a union election slate of bedside/clinical dues-paying nurses in California Nurses Association and the National Nurses Organizing Committee running for the Council of Presidents & House of Delegates from California, Illinois, Texas and North Carolina.

We believe union power depends on Accountability, Transparency, Democracy, Autonomy, and most of all Bedside/Clinical Nurse Leadership.

We believe our strength comes from defending our contracts with collective direct action and powerful strikes.

Funds raised will go to cover the costs of printing flyers, cards, buttons, banners, tshirts, zoom upgrades, and potential legal fees for exercising our democratic rights as union members.

We need your support to run our rank and file campaign to elect a Council of Presidents and House of Delegates that are made up of actual bedside/clinical RN's this April 10th to take back control of our union!
