Shine Local 2020

As we all know, 2020 has been a crazy year.

Shine Local needs your help this year, more than ever. The Kearsarge school district has MANY children  who are food insecure, Shine Local is asking for your help again! We are using an online funding campaign in order to involve as many people as we can while remaining socially distanced. Did you know that a child who is food insecure goes 68 hours from lunch at school Friday to breakfast on Monday at school? We need to do everything we can to make sure no local child goes hungry. 

In 2018 and 2019, we have been able to bring over $1000 of food to each school in the district This year, we are going to purchase gift cards for the nurses in each school to purchase what they need. We are starting this year with an amazing  donation  of $1500 from the NH Duck Drop.
