SHiNE Love On Melanie Webb, Living With MBC

This Go Fund Me is to support Melanie Webb, who was recently diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer.

Originally, Mel was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2009. Treatment was a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. Fast forward over 10 years and she was diagnosed with progesterone positive breast cancer in 2020. Treatment was a double mastectomy, reconstruction and chemo. Mel recently learned that her second breast cancer spread to her lungs and liver.

Mel's official diagnosis is Stage 4 breast cancer or Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC). There is no cure but there are treatment options. The Go Fund Me funds will go towards various treatment options, including immune-boosting therapy that insurance will not cover. We will also strongly encourage Mel to use some of the funds to pamper herself from time to time and to spoil her sons.
