Donation protected
A beautiful new Neurodiverse Short Film Written and Directed by Zoë Jessica and Caroline Nield.

We are so immensely grateful that filming on Shine Short Film has concluded and we are now able to begin the post production process.
As with all films the post-production process involves many things such as editing, gaining rights to music, submitting for film festivals and organising a premiere where this film will be screened for the very first time.

We would be so thankful for any donations that could help us bring this film to life in the most amazing way possible and all funds raised will go towards paying for a venue, tech teams, music royalties and film festival fees to give our film the very best chance of being seen and hopefully help us share this films moral message of love, resilience and bravery with even more people.

This film is more than a story; it’s a pledge to see the world through different perspectives, to find strength in vulnerability, and to discover that belonging begins with acceptance.

Please take the time to look through some incredible stills from the shooting days below as well as our film synopsis which really encapsulates the moral message we wish to share with the world.

Also you can follow us on all social media channels to keep up to date with the films progress as well as meeting the sensational team behind this beautiful creation.

Synopsis-:
"Shine” is a heart-warming short film that reminds you that you are never alone....
It invites viewers into the world of Lily, a neuro-diverse girl with a loving heart and a spirit resilient against the odds. As she navigates the challenges of a neuro-typical world, Lily’s story is a universal call to embrace our differences and support one another. Her journey is marked by the highs and lows of the human experience - struggling with social norms, maintaining friendships, and the quest for acceptance.

Sam, her older brother, is her anchor in the stormy seas of life. His unwavering belief in her potential lights up her path, teaching her - and us - that diversity is not just to be tolerated but celebrated. Lily faces the ultimate test of loss, and goes on an emotional journey exploring grief and finding love in the most unexpected way.
