Shinta Love: Support needed for unexpected medical expenses

Dear Flower Friends!

On February 12 of this year our beloved, sweet Shinta was hit by a car while she was walking to work at a floral studio in Berkeley for Valentines Day.

She has undergone major brain surgery and is facing another one in August. She is not able to return to the job that she loves so much. Her medical expenses are mounting.

Sadly, the driver of the car didn't have insurance, and doesn't have the assets to be sued.

We are setting up this fundraiser to collect funds to help Shinta and her husband Jim with medical expenses, and support them in this difficult time.
