Sewing for NHS staff across Beds & Bucks

We are fundraising to bulk buy the fabric needed to provide scrubs to NHS and frontline staff within the local community.
Staff that cannot get scrubs that they need to protect themselves during this time.
Initially covering Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We are providing Scrubs, Scrub Wash Bags, Ear Savers to Milton Keynes University Hospital, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Luton and Dunstable Hospital, Surgeries, health Centers and Care facilties.
The group is at over 2000 members today. All volunteering to help our NHS heroes

This amazing group of volunteers have already made many items from their own supplies of fabric or have bought fabric and trimmings themselves to help those staff coming to the group in need.
GCSE and A level Textile students not in the group, whose exams were cancelled are sewing scrub washbags with fabric donated from around towns and villages.
The Facebook group has received requests from staff, Surgeries, care facilities and hospitals that currently total over 800 garments with many more coming in every day.
