Helping our friend Cindy McKenzie

As some of you may or may not know, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, Cindy McKenzie experienced the unexpected loss of her mother, Shirley McKenzie. Shortly within a few days not only was she facing the passing of her mother but Cindy had a life-threatening asthma attack, requiring ICU hospitalization, preventing her from returning to work. Not fully recovered she forced herself back to work as her own medical emergency resulted in additional unexpected expenses. Because the holidays were upon us she could not bring herself to ask for help. Currently, she has been advised that she will be laid off in February and is overwhelmed with the mounting financial responsibilities that were once shared between she and her mother. In addition, due to her mother’s continued illness over the last few years and limited income their home is in deep need of repair and maintenance. Your donations and generosity will not only help with the accumulated expenses, but also her mothers memorial and travel to New Mexico which unfortunately had to be put on hold. Any amount and contributions will be deeply appreciated. Many of us have experienced Cindy’s contributions, kindness, and help throughout the years. I know that Cindy and her sister will be deeply grateful and so appreciate your generosity
