Welcome to Shirley’s Wish. Our little organization that encourages people to spread love to not only family and friends during the holiday season, but to those kiddos who can’t spend the Holidays at home.
After many emails and contacts, we have come to accept that our goal of visiting sick kids in a given hospital was not a safe or sanitary option. Although time is more valuable than tangible items and presents, their health is more important and we want nothing but the safest, warmest and most memorable Christmas for them.
This year we have decided to set a goal of raising $800 in order to purchase gifts for the Children’s Foundation. They provided a wish list for all ages and we will be delivering these gifts on December 15th. The gifts range from age 0 to 18 and will be handed out safely and securely by the Children’s foundation. Once we close donations, on December 1st, we will begin our shopping and keep everyone updated to ensure you are just as personally involved in this as we are.
