Shocking suicide of a family’s sole breadwinner

Hi everyone, we are fundraising on behalf of the Dizon and Viray families.

We recently had a tragic loss of our beloved nephew, Reymart Dizon Viray(Macmac), at 30 years-old. He took his life by hanging himself on October 23, 2022, leaving behind 5 young children(ages 1, 4, 5, 6, 9), a devasted wife, a paralyzed father and a heartbroken mother. Macmac, as we called him, was the only child of aging parents and a devoted father. He became the sole breadwinner of the family when his father had a stroke and became bedridden. We are all in shock and had no idea about his depression which was escalated by COVID-19’s damaging effects on his small business. Any funds raised will go towards funeral and burial expenses, and any remaining funds will go towards helping his wife, children and parents get back on their feet.

Above all, we ask you to keep the entire family, especially his wife and children, in your prayers, that the God of all comfort, hope, and provision would surround this family with His love and presence during this time of grief and loss.
