Shoes for Dominican Republic Kids

Jose has spent the last two summers in Juancho, Dominican Republic. His two summers there have been spent helping improve the community for the youth. The children there don't have athletic shoes. They love to play baseball and basketball. For Jose's 18 birthday, Oct 19 - his only bday wish was to have a shoe drive for the kids to finally have shoes to run and play. We are now raising funds to get Jose a plane ticket and baggage fees to Juancho Christmas break to deliver the shoes to these special children for Christmas. The mail system is very unreliable and because of this, it's not 100% the shoes would even arrive through mail. Jose's wish is to hand deliver these shoes to see the smiles on their faces.
