UFV Basketball - Shoot for the Cure

The UFV Women's basketball team is 'shooting for the cure' on February 12th, 2016. The shoot for the cure night is an initiative to raise money for the Breast Cancer Foundation.The Shoot for the Cure campaign has proven an overwhelming success since it was launched in the fall of 2007 with over $886,000 in donations. This season, for the fifth year in a row, all 47 CIS women's basketball schools are set to participate in the program. This year's edition of Shoot for the Cure could prove the most special to date, thanks to the fast approaching $1,000,000 benchmark. If you are unable to make it to our shoot for the cure fundraising dinner on February 11th, 2016, your online donation would be greatly appreciated to help towards finding a cure!
