Help Miguel Get Medical Care after a Shootout

Hi, we are raising money for Miguel and his family. Miguel is a freelancer who has worked with our family in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He is a hardworking 28-year-old who helps support his parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. He and some of his family members were watching a community soccer game at a public arena in the Cisne 2, Cristo de Consuelo neighborhood on the evening of July 8, when armed men began shooting at spectators. At least six people were severely injured, including Miguel, who was shot through his cheek and cheekbones. Miguel is currently at the public hospital, but since he does not have health insurance and the hospital does not have access to a doctor that can perform the specific surgery that he needs, he will likely be sent home without being treated. Please help us raise money so that Miguel can get appropriate medical care.
