Here is the backstory of this amazing journey....
Established in a food truck in 2013, moving into a brick and morter in 2017, Lil Greenhouse Grill has exceeded expectations in food, service and exposure. Located in Miami's Historic Overtown Community, the two year old restaurant, created by Chef Karim Bryant and Media/Marketing Executive Nicole Gates, provides an enjoyable dining experience, jobs, training and dignity in the community they also call home.
Recently, the building underwent ownership changes, and the new owners have made it clear that there were other plans for the property and was not happy with the 5 year lease, and have offered challenges that have made it almost impossible to operate affordably at the standard that has strengthened the brand, forcing the teams operational expenses to increase exponentially.
Unfortunately, Lil Greenhouse Grill has been given 5 days to repay all debts owed to the landlord or face closure.
With your help, the team can remain open while advisers who are generously donating time, assist in finding another location within the community worthy of this amazing brand.
