Erase Shoreline School Lunch Debt

Many kids arrive at school without a lunch and without money to buy one. When the cafeteria gives them a meal, they rack up a deficit. Wouldn't it be a beautiful gift to Shoreline families to find their outstanding balance with the school district food service erased for the start of the year? It's one small, but meaningful, thing we can do for our community today.
The total negative balance for the Shoreline School District is $2432.69. It is our goal to raise this by Dec 31st, 2016.
Sara Betnel, Nicole Ruttenberg, and I thank you for helping Shoreline take care of all of its children.
EDIT 12/23/16 We Did It!!!! Thank you, Thank you Thank you!!! As soon as the district office opens next week, we will work on transfering the funds to them. Our hearts are full from all the support from the community! We hope this brings each of these families some joy and relief this holiday.
