Short Attention Span Theatre

Short Attention Span Theatre produce nights of short plays in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. We started out in 2015 with two performances of work from four writers. To date, we have produced 20 different shows with 42 performances featuring the work of 82 different writers. Our plays are not script-in-hand extracts but completed pieces where our actors learn the lines, rehearsing over a period of one to three weeks.

We do this with no funding, working on a profit share basis. Given that audiences are taking a chance on unknown writers and actors in order to keep the shows accessible to them financially, we charge no more than £10, usually £5. This means that our profit margins are very low. We are staging a fundraiser at The Rum Shack in Glasgow on Thursday 27th February. We are also running a raffle. We are asking if you could kindly provide some items as raffle prizes.
