Logline: As Berlin’s rent crisis continues to increase, so does the number of fleeing tenants. When this problem reaches Zayn’s own doorstep, the young artist decides to fight.

As a highly infamous topic for students and adults, we bring you a social drama addressing the imperative matter of rent in the city of Berlin. Not only is this issue essential in Germany, but it covers all of Europe. From our base here in Berlin, we have gathered personal and public knowledge on this problem and used our artistic expression in the form of film to give a voice to the subject.

As we all know, the art of film is costly. Even though we managed to stay within the budget during the pre-production and shooting phase, we do need an extra budget to be screened at festivals around the world.
