See Event Logistics Here: Please join us on Saturday, September 21st for an evening of live Afrobeats music featuring Chinobay and Friends to support our global health efforts in rural Honduras. For over 25 years we have been supporting the education and health system in Intibuca. Our role is to support the health center and the school system where we have sponsored several hundred students over the years delivering health care to over 20,000 patients. This is a longterm relationship for us and has been a powerful opportunity for our UNC med students and MAHEC residents to develop global health skills that directly translate to practicing rural medicine in America and making us more culturally sensitive to the plight of our immigrant patients. If you are unable to attend, we appreciate your donation. A donation of $100 will send a child to school for a year and will pay for one's medications for entire year

The event starts at 5:00, until Sunday morning.

We encourage folks to camp and spend the night.
