We lost such a special one with Daren's passing. He fought valiantly against cancer until the very end. He was a son, a brother, a friend, an athlete, a teacher, a musician, and so much more. Most of all, he was a husband to Gretchen and a father to Quinn, Dane, and Nora.

Daren impacted so many people in his 48 years of life. His family will always be anchored and comforted by the life he lived and the lessons he's taught. Gretchen and the kids will persevere, but it will not be easy.

Daren was inspired by the outpouring of love and support over the past few months. No amount of money can fix the pain we all feel, but hopefully we can come together as a community of people impacted by Daren to help Gretchen and the kids navigate life without Daren.
