Show Luca we care!

This is my manager’s son Luca. He is 12 years old and his house was lost in yesterdays terrible fire in Louisville. To lose everything when your 12 is devastating. I know material things can’t replace all he’s lost but I would just like him to know we are there for him. I can’t imagine the loss he’s feeling but I want to help him recover some of the things taken from him. He loves animals, fishing and comes from a truly amazing family who always puts other first. If you can help donate anything to show him we are behind him and his family in their time of nee. Thank you!

My name is Jodi and I work with Luca’s mom Annica at Avista Hospital in Louisville CO. She is my nurse manager.  This is home to where the devastating Marshall Wildfire destroyed many homes on December 30, 2021. The bravery and compassion Annica showed, putting her patients first and coming to help evacuate them all while her home was in the destructive path of the fire.  Only to later find it was completely lost. Luca is their 12 year old son who  is also experiencing this tragedy. No child should ever have to go through this especially 4 days after Christmas.  Annica stated he “finally broke down but is being really strong”. 

This fundraiser has been established to help Luca, Annica, and Christian start to rebuild their "home".  Most importantly, their basic daily needs. We hope that you are able to support them in any way you can. Thank you!
