Hello, my name is Natalie Hidalgo and my cousin and her family need help to cover the current costs of hospital care and future financial burdens for Francisca. She was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer in November. Her form of cancer is aggressive and has progressively spread. She is currently hospitalized and is receiving comfort care due to the family being advised that there is no treatment that her cancer will respond to. Her husband, children and loved ones have been by her side since diagnoses and been with her every day in the hospital.

Francisca is the loving wife to Thomas Cruz-Jackson, the loving mother of Jose, Alyssia, Marc and Jessica and the amazing grandmother to Carmelo. She also is the Godmother to Angelise, like a mother to Anna and like a grandmother to Miguel. Her infectious laugh and loving spirit made her so loved by all that were blessed to have met her. If the kindness of your heart allows you to assist with the family’s current financial needs due to her unexpected medical expenses the family will be grateful.
