Shreves home renovations

Hello people! As you may have heard the Shreves family has been through the ringer in the last few months. Zachary was diagnosed with stage 3 testicular cancer in July, and now nfortunately on top of some ongoing health problems, Terry has suffered a few strokes and is currently in ICU. What I am aiming to do here is ease the load for this sweet family. Terry will have trouble getting around for a while when he gets home, and the restroom on the ground floor is out of service. The floors need to be gutted and it needs to be completely redone. We have a crew of a few good men to get the job done, and all we need are supplies.
