Shrub Fundraiser for Crossroads of Benders Landing

Hello Neighbors,

We understand that many of you may be frustrated with the recent increase in HOA dues. Unfortunately, we have been notified that there will be no HOA funds available for replacing the shrubs that have died as a result of freeze or drought.

As a result, we are restarting the fund raiser to replace the needed shrubs. The replacement shrubs that have been chosen are more drought and freeze resistant than those that died. The estimated cost of replacing the 279 shrubs is estimated at $6,590 plus $2,000 for labor for a total goal of $8,8840. To meet this goal, we are suggesting a minimum donation of $85 per home, for those that did not have the chance to donate last time this is your opportunity to do so.
