Sickle Cell & Kidney Transplant

I’m raising money because I’m in need of a kidney transplant.. I was diagnosed with renal failure due to my sickle cell and had to quit my job to seek treatment.. I’ve got no way of making money to pay my bills or any transportation to get back and forth to treatment.. Truly idk how much a transplant cost but I’m going through the steps to findout how to get a transplant and having transportation to get back in forth to treatment. Any help that I can get would be a blessing and I want to thank you if you could help me..
