Sidney Bakers Guardianship

My sister Sidneys care has been at a stand still since her accident last June. We almost lost her. Her husband as been MIA since date of accident, and nothing has been able to move forward with care because we’ve had no say, with her being married. He is now serving her divorce papers and a guardianship has to be put in place or she ends up ward of the state because she is medically, mentally incompetent, and disabled. That is detrimental and there’s no coming back from losing her to the state. She cannot read, write or hardly talk. She cannot care for herself on a daily basis. She has no recollection that she was even married, and her memory dates back to 2012- earlier. I am filing for guardianship to take over her care, get her the medical help she needs as in cognitive and speech therapy, specialized doctors, surgeries, medical insurance etc. Nothing has been covered so far and we are already in debt for her hospital, nursing home stays and doctor bills. Now, i have to pay a lawyer $2500 to help me fight for guardianship. If you can, please for my sisters sake consider donating so we can get this executed, and Sidney in good hands.
