Siege of Charles Town Reenactment
Donation protected
On February 17-18, Colonial South Events is hosting the Siege of Charles Town reenactment, bringing to life the 238th anniversary of this important event. The siege was a critical struggle in American history, marking a change in the war's strategy and the surrender of the Continental Army in the South. This event will celebrate that defiant stand, educating patrons on the American Revolution. There will be reenactors, two battle scenarios, artisans and craftsmen, children's educational programs, speaking engagements, and more!
Your donation will go to fund necessary materials for the event like firewood for the reenactors to cook with, hay for horses and bedding, children's programs, insurance, site rental fees, and other necessities. All of these and more must be purchased before the event on February 17, and your support is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support. With your help, we can continue historic and educational programming in South Carolina and provide a unique and memorable event for all ages.
We are grateful to each and every one of our donors that help bring history to life!
