Sierra Keever's House Fire
Donation protected
Dear family, friends and supporters,
My name is Deb, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart. Today I received a distressing call from my sister, Sierra. Her house in Topeka had been in a house fire due to the storm last night. I could hear the despair in her voice as she sobbed and struggled to speak.
Thankfully, by a stroke of luck, Sierra and her three children were staying at our mother's house due to a power outage in their own home. It's a small comfort amidst the devastation they are facing. Today, the landlord delivered the devastating news about their house, leaving us uncertain about what, if anything, can be salvaged. As of now, we're unsure if their beloved cats made it out alive, but they were able to rescue their dog.
I write to you today, humbly and urgently, to request your support. Sierra and the children are in dire need of assistance to rebuild their lives from the ground up. We are immensely grateful that they are safe, but the coming weeks will undoubtedly be an uphill battle. They have nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
I implore you to consider donating to help Sierra and her children in their time of need. Your generous contributions will go directly towards providing them with the essential resources to start anew. Every dollar brings them one step closer to regaining stability and hope for the future.
Together, we can make a profound difference in their lives. Please join us in extending a helping hand to this resilient family. Your support means the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Deb
