Meet Sierra, 17 and Canyon, 13, brother and sister (now 19 and 16.) Through a tragedy, they found the desire to inspire and motivate the world, as they move from tragedy to triumph. They created a documentary called From the Ashes Up, inspired by the Thomas Fire.
Through a tragedy, they found the desire to inspire and motivate the world, as they move from tragedy to triumph and created a documentary about those devastated and deeply affected by the fire to document people moving from tragedy and ‘fire victim’ to triumph and VICTORY on this rough to pick them self’s up from the ruble that remains.
From the Ashes Up was accepted into the Ojai Film Festival in October 2018 and screened at the Ventura College as well as the Museum of Ventura County, twice! It is now uploaded on Youtube and recognize as an official title on IMDb!
