Alumni!!! Update on the House Repairs
The AC in both the Upstairs and Presidents Room has now gone out. So we are having that replaced instead of constantly fixing them which adds up. Full replacement gives us Warranties and Maintenance if anything breaks for years. We are going through a reputable company with insurance and trained technicians.
We need to raise more money since the money we raised to replace the Garage Bathroom is now going to replace the AC Units.
I need for us to raise $2,500 in the next week to pay for the Bathroom remodel. So I'm looking for a Pledge Class to setup up and get donations either from their pledge class or from others.
If we can't fix the house then our Home for 50 years will be gone. The Actives will not live in the house if it is not up to date and fixed. And if we don't have actives living in the house we can't pay the mortgage. Which means we sell the house. This is serious.
Projects Finished or Scheduled : New Garbage Disposal, Roof Holes Repaired, and soon a new set of AC Units (Fri). So after that is done the Golf Money will be gone.
