Lifting Spirits, Easing Burdens: Milton Family Relief Fund
Donation protected
We are heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ΣΩΣ brother, John Allen Milton, lovingly named “Scrappy" by his fraturnity brothers and sorority sisters.
John was a loyal, generous and compassionate friend who's bravery and integrity was only overshadowed by his deep and boundless love for his beautiful daughters, Scarlet and Joyce, and wife, Sarah. His altruistic personality planted a seed of love and respect toward him within every person he encountered.
We are asking for donations so that Sarah, Scarlet and Joyce can navigate through the grief process in a healthy manner, according to their individual needs. Our desire is to ensure that his beloved wife and our cherished sister can begin to heal herself while also guiding their girls through their own healing process without having the added stress of financial responsibilities looming above their heads. We believe every person grieves in their own way and time. We want to honor John by ensuring his family can grieve and heal without them having to worry if their physical needs and financial responsibilities will be met.
Your generous donations will ensure that his most precious of treasures, family, will be provided for and John “Scrappy” goes to his final sleep with love, dignity and respect.
We also wish to extend an invitation to all who are grieving John's loss and are having a hard time to reach out to us should you find that you're in need of a friend who will listen to and support you. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GRIEVE ALONE. Someone from our organization will respond and we will work together to achieve healing and acceptance. You may contact us through the email provided under contacts.
- We are offering peer-to-peer support. You will not be speaking with a licensed professional counselor.
