Siggins Family Housing Emergency

Hello, I'm Gemma.

I am setting up this fundraiser to help my bestfriends family .

Sam, her husband Roy and 3 beautiful boys

Jacob , Logan and Maverick .

They have lived in Burpham, Surrey for many years but have been in there current 2 bedroom property for 7 years. The landlord has recently decided he wants the property back to sell and served them a section 21 before Christmas. Unfortunately it hasn't been as simple as just being able to find a new home for Sam and her family, financial difficulties over the years have taken a majour toll on them for many different reasons. Sam has been in contact with the local council for help but it seems not much will be done unless they are actually on the door step or able to find a property there self's but having little to no spare money leaves them with no options when it comes to costs of renting a new property. Over the last few days there current landlord has been in contact again and is now threatening eviction. Roy has always worked full time and Sam is a full time Mum to there 3 boys, with hopes of returning to work as soon as Maverick is old enough.

I know times are particularly hard at the moment and Sam and Roy know this also but

I please ask that any small donation be made to help the Siggins family get back on there feet and feeling safe in a home again. I'm hoping to raise the fees for them for a new rental, this normaly means a first month's rent, holding deposit and security deposit but anything will be so very helpful.
