Siggins Family Rememberance Trip to Honor Marcus

The CST work community that MSgt Ryan Siggins has been part of for the past 15 years is a small but loyal one. His son, Marcus Siggins, passed away while sleeping the morning of July 22nd due to complications from Type 1 diabetes. Marcus' memorial service was a beautiful ceremony eight short days later at Sunset Hills Mortuary in Portland, Oregon. Family from both sides of Marcus' family and friends packed the service beyond the seating capacity, coming together to share stories and photos and be still in God's grace while remembering such an amazing young man.

Many friends and professional service members have been reaching out to offer support and assistance for anything Ryan and his family may need. As a result, a few of us came together with the idea of funding a modest trip for Ryan and his family to Sunriver, OR, one of Marcus' and Ryan's favorite places to vacation. A short trip to allow time for family to mourn together and share experiences, photos, stories, and favorite memories of Marcus.
