Siggys surgery
Donation protected
Siggy unfortunately went downhill this evening and fast. I received a call from Tessa and Siggy ended up having a bowel perforation from his injuries. My oldest son and I were there to comfort him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you for your continued prayers and donations to his care. We will make arrangements for distribution of funds to other charities after settling his bill. So much love from the Balsers.
Updated expense due to new info from vet about weekend stay expenses being up to $5000 if he declines and with surgery potentially being up to $9000. We are hopeful that he will stay stable as he has been on oxygen and eating well. Thank you all for sharing and donating. No animal should be left alone and suffering. We just want his story shared. Anything raised in excess for Siggy will be donated to the shelter for other animals in need. Keep those prayers coming. He is a fighter and so strong. Thank you. ❤️❤️
Our pup Siggy got out and was hit along DuPont road. We found him this morning unable to walk and got him to the emergency vet. He has a broken pelvis and a pneumothorax. His lung has to heal before they can do surgery on his pelvis. He will have at least a week hospital stay and a long road to recovery. We are unable to front the cost of his surgery and our family is devastated. Please help if you can.
