Hagonoy, Bulacan Educational Foundation, Livelihood/Micro-Financing Programs for start-ups Small Businesss Ownersand Senior/Elderly Advocacy Programs.
SIKAP-LINGAP represents the 3 major Programs under a CAUSE. FIrst in College Scholarship program of helping young people acquire an education which will bring about change in the lives of their families. Second, Livelihood/Micro-Financing Programs for start-ups and Young Entrepreneurs for families of newer generations, who can uplift their economic situation through starting their small business or cottage industry. Third, Advocacy for Seniors and Elders in their community connections. SIKAP is a word which signifies the hard work and commitment of the foundation which will eventually be transmitted to the grantees and beneficiaries. LINGAP denotes the care and concern evident among Filipinos. SIKAP-LINGAP will facilitate deepened values through the concerted engagement to a worthwhile cause of making a difference in the lives of Filipino kababayan.

A sustained advocacy that will promote and facilitate change in the lives of Filipinos and new generations primarily residents of Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines.
MISSION STATEMENT
We, the members of St. Anne’s Academy, Hagonoy Bulacan, Philippines Batch 1974, are driven by our goal to lead and serve, uphold and enable change in the lives of residents of Hagonoy, Bulacan. We commit ourselves in creating impact in the lives of of our kababayan and their families who are still living and residing in our hometown, Hagonoy, Bulacan.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Facilitate the holistic development of students, young entrepreneurs, and elderly/seniors who are aspiring to to still make a difference to the lives of others. Leading their lives with significance.
Enhance relations with the community, with public and private sectors and other institutions through shared vision of uplifting lives of our kababayan in Hagonoy Bulacan through education, business and entrepreneuralship and caring for our elderly and seniors.
Provide a sustainable structure that will bring together people who are committed to create social change in the lives of taga-Hagonoy through monetary assistance, educational assistance, business and economic awareness for every generations- young, adult and seniors.

We are targeting to start the First Program- College Scholarship program for graduates of the 12th Grade classes by 2017. These qualified High-school graduate will be granted their 4-year College scholarship.
Our Second Program will be the Livelihood program for younger generations to support their family by starting their own business or participate in any cottage industry locally, There will be trainings, workshops and lectures involving different aspects of starting a business to minimize loss and increase productivity to the business owners.
The Third Program will be the advocacy for the Senior Citizens/ Elders. Assistance and support in their medical, dental and nutritional needs through the help of various groups of volunteers and agencies. Helping them to be socially involved in local activities in Hagonoy Bulacan. Our target will be the homebound seniors.
