BEAVERTON GURDWARA PERMANENT HOME
With Guru's grace, join the Beaverton Gurdwara community in creating a permanent home of peace and welcome for all. At our Sunday gatherings, you'll experience the warmth of our community, the uplifting Kirtan program, and the selfless service of our Langar sevadaars.
However, our current facilities are modest and struggle to accommodate our growing congregation. With Guru's grace, we are now purchasing a new property on Division Street that will provide ample space for our community to gather and flourish.
Be a part of this historic moment and make a lasting impact by supporting our fundraising efforts with a donation. Your generosity will help us purchase this new property and create a place of belonging for generations to come.
Join us with a donation of:
$1000
$500
$250
$100
Together, let's build a permanent home for the Beaverton Gurdwara community.
Our Gurdwara not only serves the spiritual needs of the Punjabi and wider Indian diaspora community but is also involved in many community outreach programs. Please see some testimonials below:
“What a great Lifesaving Blood Drive you had on Sunday! Our staff and
volunteer enjoyed working your blood drive! … Our goal was 20, 24 donors
registered, and we collected 21 units of blood! These units will help to
serve up to 63 patients in need! That is so wonderful!”
-Lin Dinsmore, (Red Cross Account Manager)
“A great big ‘God bless you and thank you’ to all volunteer meal providers
who give of their time – energy – money to help the residents of Transition
Projects. What a blessing to come home from work and have a hot meal
waiting. Without our volunteers, it would have been hard to survive this
(Covid) experience.” - Emily Coleman, CVA | Volunteer Program Supervisor
“We want to express our sincere thanks and deepest appreciation to you
all for a great class today. We appreciate you all sharing authentically &
from your hearts with us… The students really liked interacting with you
all and felt great about the class. I look forward to when we could get
together again.”
