PLEASE READ THE UPDATE POSTED BELOW FROM THE JOHNSON FAMILY!!

On 4/21/23 Sarah & Travis Johnson oldest son Silas Johnson was in a horrific car accident on his way home from work. We do not know how it happened and we are hoping that if there are witnesses that they will come forward and tell us what they seen. We are thankful for the good samaritans that pulled him from the car and began CPR and brought him back to us. The Ambulance and First Responders for doing their job and continuing to administer life saving technics. We will forever be grateful. For the Doctors and nurses working their job last night and again brought him back to us, for us to say our goodbyes as a family. Silas is currently on life support, the doctors tell us he is brain dead, and his spirit is now no longer on this earth with us. Sarah & Travis have been by his side for the last 23 hours waiting and watching and listening to the beeps and alarms of all the machines that are keeping there son's organs viable. Silas has not been declared dead, we do not have a time of death, we currently are hoping for a miracle and we also know that the chances of this happening and for there son to have any quality of life are slim and none. So if you could all keep them in your prayers as they navigate this new life we are forced to live without their Oldest Son. Hug your kids, hug your family, tomorrow is never promised! Tomorrow is another day of living a nightmare, we will be waiting for the time of death to be called and say goodbye for the last time as the fly there son to the bay area to begin the procedure of saving other peoples lives. We love you all!

I just got the phone call I have been waiting for, stressing over, watching and double checking that I did not miss. They said that they just got the green light and that they are taking Silas Johnson down to the OR and will begin his

procurement surgery at 3:00 am. Please pray to guide the surgeon’s hands and that every last recipient will live a long and healthy life. We did not get our Miracle to get our child back, but he just became the life saving miracle that many others have been praying for.
