Silvia Vergara - Highland Park 4th of July victim

Hello my name is Lizet Montes. My mother Silvia Vergara got hit by a ricochet bullet at the Highland Park parade shooting on July 4th. She required medical attention and a hospital visit immediately after the incident. I’m asking for any help I can get to pay for the medical bills she accrued that day.
