Medical costs for Simmons Family

As most of you know, Chace was admitted to the hospital on Friday, January 19th. She had had a few gallbladder attacks in the past couple weeks, but this one continued to get worse. She was admitted to the hospital and the doctors have told them that Chace must stay there until she is able to have surgery. She has gallbladder pancreatitis and has an infection in her pancreas. She isn’t able to get surgery until the pancreatitis is more manageable and she’s in less pain. The doctors have said it could potentially take weeks for the surgery to happen.

Because of all of this, Chace is unable to work and because she had sweet baby Frankie this year, she has used up all her sick days for maternity leave. Therefore, she’s going to be without pay for awhile. In addition, Hunter is driving back and forth from the hospital to be with Chace and back home to help tend the kids. To top it all off, they will also now have lots of medical bills to pay for. This has put a huge financial strain on their family so we have set up this go fund me to help them pay for these extra medical expenses, gas to and from the hospital, and to help compensate for Chace missing work.

Please also continue to pray for Chace. As you all know she is very strong and a fighter, but she’s been in a lot of pain and misses her babies so much! We will post updates as they are available and appreciate everyone’s support throughout this difficult time!
