Simmons family fundraiser

Our Young Hero, Jacob, was taken from this world much too soon. He served as an inspiration to his family and to all that have worked with him and met him through his successful battle with osteosarcoma. Jacob unfortunately recently developed a new cancer that took him from his family very quickly.

We're raising funds to assist the Simmons' family in defraying costs while they plan a memorial to celebrate Jacob's life and the impact he has made on all of us.
