From Bristol with Love to Ukraine

Hi friends, once again I am here asking for your help. As the war in Ukraine continues, and 2 years have passed by,the brave people of that country are doing their upmost to defend their freedom. These people are our neighbours. Daily missile and drone attacks are killing the young men and women . Teachers, bank workers, shop assistants etc. All being taught to fire a gun. To be sent to the front line to try to stop the Russian advance.

What can we do to help ?

Well quite a lot actually.

At the beginning of the invasion, I, due to the diligence of my good friends Pat Nagle,Andy Moore andLeeBoterill ,became involved with the charity "From Bristol with Love to Ukraine "

The purpose of this charity is to supply humanitarian needs to the people of Ukraine .

Based at Greystoke Avenue in Southmead,Bristol. This charity has made over 60 journeys to date .

I have been part of 2 of them. This, along with Paul Wooten will be my 3rd .

We will be delivering, generators, medical supplies, food,clothing ,tents etc.

Every one of these trips is paid for by the Transporters ( drivers ) with the help of your donation. An average trip costs us ..hire of the vehicle, fuel and ad-blue ,road tolls, hotels for the 4-6 day journey plus ferry or Channel tunnel home ( we don't pay on the way out as delivering humanitarian aid ) We will be driving approximately 15 hours a day until we meet with our Ukrainian brothers.

Anyway, we need to raise some money so please , even if it's just the price of your next pint, please help us. Love you all . Humanity will Prevail
