In memory of Simon Buist

Following the sad news that Simon Buist did not recover from his sudden illness and passed away in hospital on Tuesday, members of Coquet Yacht Club are invited to donate towards a charitable donation to be chosen by his wife Janet and his family.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this time.

Simon was around the club most days and likely the first person who might greet you on arrival. He was a highly valued member of the yacht club both as a friend and as an active committee member, having made a huge contribution to the management and day to day running of the club. We will miss him on all counts.
