Simon hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) for a month

Hi my name is Carolyn and I'm setting up a Go Fund me for my son Simon. In may 2023 he was in an horrific RTA which left him with multiple fractures, and a catastrophic Brain Injury . He fought and fought from the moment it happened. Being air lifted to the QE in Birmingham and being in theatre for 5 hours having his brain operated on . He was in the QE for 3 month's before spending the next 5 months in mosely hall rehabilitation hospital . Coming up to his discharge professionals wanted him to go to a care home ... I refused . They didn't believe he was rehabilitational... I proved them wrong. December 1st he came home and has gone from strength to strength. Now here's the problem , I have hired a ford tourneo independence WAV for 5 months at a cost of £1800 a month , its been as tough as hell . We shall be getting our own ford independence hopefully October time . I cant afford the final month , without it Simon can't access his neuro physio or hydrotherapy pool , the lady who pulled out on him was as you can imagine totally distraught , I said from day one I bear no grudge , and didn't want her suffering anymore by being charged. Her insurers took liability and pay for all his exceptional therapies . I'm asking for however small any donation would be amazing , at the end of September he comes out of his enormous tilt &space wheelchair to an manual self propelling one. Should the WAV not be ready I'll be able to transfer him in my car as that chair can fold . Please help Simon to carry on with his therapies. We will be eternally grateful to be able to hire for one more month . Thank you so much
