Simon The Turtle Car SCORPION THRONE

Hello all you Turtles out there!

We're preparing SIMON the Turtle for our trek out to playa this year! Zipping up zip-ties. Tidying up wires. Fixing all the things.

Our primary UPGRADE this year is a badass SCORPION THRONE created by Phoenix-based metal artist Sean T French . With a flame-throwing stinger, and Sean's signature chrome metal armor, the Scorpion is going to bring some edge to our cuddle puddle. Perched atop the monkeybars with it's stinger held high, it's pinchers grasping the sides of SIMON's head, the Scorpion will send poofs of fire up above to light the way for SIMON, and ward off any potential turtle foes!

We've begun the project already, but need this remaining amount to get us over the finish line. Due to the recent WGA and SAG strike and subsequent Film/TV industry shutdown, I'm out of a job, but I'd really like to be able to still make this dream come alive for Burn this year. I just can't do it alone...
