Simpson Family Fire Help

UPDATE: We are truly overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone that donated monetarily, provided clothing, food and prayers for us during this difficult time. I am especially grateful that my sister was by my side as we watched my home burn to the foundation and guided me when I wasn't thinking clearly about things. We are still in the process of navigating through the insurance claim process which is unbelievably difficult especially when you have a possible liability issue with the fire department who responded. Currently, our daughter and grandson are living in a hotel room which our insurance company has covered for them and NO the RED CROSS is not paying for it, just to be clear. Thanks to everyone's donations, Haley has what she needs now in the way of scrubs, etc. and she is working directly with the school on her textbooks. Stuart and I are living in our camper with the dogs for now. We are having a large propane tank delivered next week for heat (this is crazy how much it costs). We have received a wonderful blessing from a neighbor of ours (just 2 houses down from our burnt house) who has agreed to rent their completely remodeled, furnished house to us for a year (beginning January 3rd) while we rebuild or purchase something else. The insurance company has told us that we are looking at 6-8 months before things are resolved so we are truly grateful that this house will be furnished with most of the things we will need. Again, thank you so much for everyone's support, prayers and generosity. I was truly amazed at the amounts given by family, friends, co-workers, former co-workers and people we did not even know. We will never forget what everyone has given and everyone's kindness is an inspiration to us. Your continued prayers are appreciated as we try to regain some normalcy back into our lives and begin to replace clothing and essential items lost in the fire.
Hello family and friends, as most of you know our house caught fire late on November 15th and burned to the ground by the morning of the 16th. By the Grace of God, we are all safe including our pets and daughter's pets. Stuart and I, our oldest Haley and 5 year old grandson were living in the home at the time. We got out with the clothes we had on and what we could grab. I have been overwhelmed by the offers of prayers and help. Some of Stuart's customers, who have become friends, have asked us to set up a Go Fund Me to donate to. Our insurance has been great so far to work with but as you probably know are very slow in giving anything. Stuart and I are not ones to take things freely; however, its not just us that were involved in this. Stuart and I are currently living in our camper with the dogs and Haley and Connor have been set up in a hotel room for a month while the insurance company finds us a long term rental house. As such, storage for both families is limited. Connor is set on clothes due to some gracious donations and has received some toys. For a kid who lost all his clothes, toys, and stuffed animals he is doing wonderfully. Haley, on the otherhand, is in nursing school and works at a local hospital. She lost all her LMU scrubs, lab coat, books, stethoscope, etc., so she is in need of monetary help to replace these required items which we can't wait on insurance to repay. Also, since we are living at the camper for awhile, we have to be ready for winter and have some additional expenses that are a now issue to deal with. We greatly appreciate all donations and are thankful for continued prayers.
